#lift260 is the Performance/Injury Prevention (PIP) project from OHFAST

At OHFAST we have dedicated our lives to servicing our lifting communities to help them heal from injury and keep them training.   Our goal is to find the best therapy and training methods to create sustainable strength systems.

Our work as Performance Therapists (therapist & trainer) has given us a unique perspective on injury management.  We have created a system to perform and prevent injury.

I have a personal goal to deadlift and squat 315 pounds until I'm 60.
