Monster Band Walks
Put bands around knees with feet shoulder width apart. Slightly bend knees in an athletic stance. Step forward and keep space between knees. Think step and open.
Step up Pull
Pull heel backward to create backward friction. Keep shin vertical at all times. You should feel your posterior chain load.
Single Leg Squat
Slowly lower on one leg while staying connected with the other. Minimize the wobble of the knee. Use the kickstand leg less as you get better.
Bulgarian Split Squat
Keep lower pelvis and abs engage. Don't let pelvis dump forward. Narrow stance it is too difficult to hold. Drop backward and down. Keep weight in the front heel. Minimize the knee wobble.
